ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Address # field value under Applicant not displayed in Application Details WS response.

Issue - Address Number field value for Applicant not displayed in Application Details WS response.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application Details WS response should contain "Address # /Number" for Applicant Address section.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create application where Applicant -> Address contains "Address #" populated.
2. Invoke GET: Application Details WS


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have "Address # /Number" for Applicant Address in response while invoking Application Details WS.
