Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

We have noticed that several API TXNS are left in open state if any of the transaction parameters are either missing or not matching to the lookup config.
Below Transactions Impacted:
ACC_PMT_CODE_MAINT
CUS_ADR_PH_MAINT
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should fail the transaction and raise the error when matching lookup not found.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process the ACC_PMT_CODE_MAINT transaction through API with incorrect PAYMENT MODE
2. Verify the transaction is failed

Monetary transactions posted through API are sitting in open status
