Symptoms
When printing files containing images with AutoVue for Agile using the 'Microsoft Print to PDF' print driver, the printed PDF file does not show images only the text.
The following error is seen in the InstallPdfPrintDriver.log which is found in the [AutoVue home]\bin folder.

Printer setup failed
Error Code: 1722
The RPC server is unavailable.

Steps:
1. Log into Agile Web Client.
2. Select any object with a file attachment.
3. View file attachment with AutoVue.
4. Print to pdf using 'Microsoft Print to PDF' printer.
5. Open the printed pdf file and notice the images from the original document are not in the printed pdf file.
