ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When adding a substitute item to an item by using a Primary Replenishment Pack, the screen is taking long to fetch the item

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The screen should work as expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Tasks -> Items -> Manage Items
2) Enter Item -> Click Search
3) Actions -> Edit
4) More Actions -> Substitute Items
5) Click on ‘+’ within ‘Locations’ Pane and add a valid warehouse location
6) Click OK
7) Click on ‘+’ within Substitute Items pane.
8) Add a valid simple pack in the Substitute Primary Replenishment Pack field and tab out of field
9) Notice the cursor just spins and never returns.
