Symptoms

 While performing database upgrade from Oracle Clinical 5.1 version to 5.4 version, the installation is failing with below error within the installActions<timestamp>.log :

$ORACLE_HOME and $OPA_HOME environmental variables paths were not set properly within .cshrc file
