On : 11.3.1.28 version, Web Services

When attempting to submit a SOAP Request to the FileReceived Web Service (AsFile),
the Web Service reports the following message:

'Call to parse xml failed.org.dom4j.DocumentException: Error on line 1 of document : Premature end of file'
