Symptoms
Getting below error while trying to open some cases that were imported and accepted:
Error No: 301300103 Description: The case id is not valid. It does not exist. Please try again.
Observed below error in CMN_ERROR_LOG:
Argus Safety.COM :- Oracle error 1 occurred.ORA-64451: Conversion of special character to escaped character failed.
