Symptoms

While editing discounts trigger and filter with multiple rules that use same trigger or filter, the following error is observed

STEPS
-------
1. Create a Discount Offer of any type (Purchase, Usage)
2. Create 2 rules:
(a). First rule has filter1 and trigger1
(b). Second rule has filter2 and trigger1 (same trigger that is used inside rule1)
3. Submit Discount
4. Purchase discount
5. Try to edit trigger1. Add some new rule inside the trigger.
6. Validate, Save then Save and Done
7. No changes in workspace visible so nothing to submit.
8. Enter discount again try the same thing you will get error: ADF_FACES-60097
