On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) version, Cloud Native (CN) Deployment

While trying to do Non Linear Domestic Rating Scenario at February Month end, where user start session at 29th February 23:57 PM and continue till 1st March 00:06 AM by passing multiple Credit-Control-Update (CCR-U) requests of 200 MB. When first update request is passed at 23:57 and next update request at 23:59, it rated fine and Consumed Reservation came in Current Month Bucket. But when passed the next update request on 1st March at 00:02, it threw java.lang.NullPointerException and ECE responded with SYSTEM_ERR. Due to this DiameterGateway responded with Result Code 5012 towards Network.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate data session at 29th February 23:56 by Sending Credit-Control-Initial (CCR-I) Request.
2. Send 1st CCR-U at 23:57 PM and check if ECE is responding correctly with the GrantedUnits of 200MB as per DynamicQuota
3. Send 2nd CCR-U at 23:59 PM with the USU=200MB and check if ECE is responding correctly with the GrantedUnits of next 200MB
4. Send 3rd CCR-U at 1st March 00:02 with the USU=200MB and check if ECE responded with reasons=[SYSTEM_ERR]}
5. Check if the above "java.lang.NullPointerException" is reported on ecs.log during this time.
