Symptoms

The dihwebservices are failing to start/stop and we can see the below error in the console.

Getting config non-J2EE connection
FIC_HOME:/u01/OFSAA/
Logs file path -> /xxx//FTPSHARE//DIH/logs/DIH.log
Log configuration file path -> /xxxx/conf/DIHLog4j.xml
