CS :- World Check Files Not Uploading Into EDQ (Doc ID 3013343.1)

Symptoms

Customer is using manual download method for World Check upload.
Tried both world-check.xml.gz and world-check.xml files placed under the landing area.

Still system fails with below error

Snapshot Status Records Warnings Errors
WC_Keywords ERROR 0 Error creating snapshot reader: Error accessing external table: /app/OFSAA/middleware/user_projects/domains/edq_domain/config/fmwconfig/edq/oedq.local.home/landingarea/WC/world-check.xml.gz could not be found (Code: 5) (Code: 203,073)
