uDesigner Does Not Respect User Timezone Preferences (Doc ID 3013805.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Some time stamps in uDesigner are not honoring the Time Zone for the user's Preferences.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The Time Zone should reflect what is selected in the user's Preferences.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Unifier.
  2. Check Preferences > Region Format > Time Zone.
  3. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > uDesigner > Business Processes > Select a Business Process (BP) > Save, Deploy or Publish a BP.
  4. Observe that the Date/Time displayed for the updated column is not displayed based on the User Preferences, but is instead based on the server time zone.
