LC batch failed after applying 8.1.2.4 with Error occur for the RUN ID 332XYZ in LOG NUMBER:: 11 and Error:: ORA-01841: (full) year must be between -4713 and +9999, and not be 0 in FSI_IIA_DEBUG_MESSAGE_LOG table.
