Remove Reserved Quantity from RTV Bucket

Step by step:
1 - Printscreen of the reserved quantity of the item that will be used in the RTV
2 - Create an RTV with "NOT AFTER DATE" (05/03 for example)
3 - Create a RTV SHIPMENT with "NOT AFTER DATE" 05/03, and Submit the shipment
4 - Check the reserved quantity for the item (it will be with the quantity in the RTV)
5 - On day 06/03 you will try to cancel the RTV. You will not be able to cancel and if you go to the RTV SHIPMENT it will not allow as well because the dates are already expired.


How should we proceed to remove the reserved quantity from the bucket to the item in question?
