ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PlanedUnits values of periods are not correct when fetching resource assignments spread data using REST API.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PlanedUnits values of periods should be correct.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Call API "/spread/resourceAssignmentSpread" with parameter "IncludeCumulative" set to true.
  2. Check the returned data and notice that the plannedUnits values are incorrect.
