Symptoms

NI Import scans constantly failing if node count is more than 9000

There is constant failure of Import Scans in Production Environment where UIM node count is more than 9000 nodes.

wm-import/Tx-Microwave failed to schedule a request due to java.lang.RuntimeException: [WorkManager:002943]Maximum Threads Constraint "Tx-Microwave_maxthreads" queue for work manager "wm-import/Tx-Microwave" reached maximum capacity of 8,192 elements
