EBS-PS: PS Model Doesn't Consider Lot Multiple and Duration Setup Using Inventory Release Interval in Resource Parameters Form When Alternate Resources Are Defined in the Routing. (Doc ID 3015144.1)

Symptoms

PS model generated using routing setup with alternate resources does not consider and calculate lot multiple using inventory release interval setup in resource parameters form.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Switch to Manufacturing and Distribution manager responsibility. Navigate to Bill of materials > routing. Setup a routing for an item with primary and alternate resources. Setup usage rate as .5 hours and 1 hours respectively for each resource.
  2. Navigate to Discrete Jobs and create a work order for the item.
  3. Switch to Production Scheduler responsibility. Navigate to Resources>Resource Parameters form. Setup inventory release interval as 10 hours in resource parameters form.
  4. Launch and open PS model
  5. Open operation properties and observe lot multiple and duration for the primary and alternate resources are calculated as 1 and .5 respectively instead of 20 and 10.
