Symptoms
On 8.0.4 version OFSAA, when attempting to export using Object Migration via Command Utility method, unable to generate .DMP file from source environment,
the following error reports at the end of migration.log

[ExportImportMetadata] : Error in Export/Import Metadata javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: Failed to access the WSDL at: https://**.**.**.*:port/OFSAA/offlineMigration?wsdl. It failed with:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Unexpected error: java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty.
