Symptoms

On 8.1.2.4 version, the static table driver page is not loading properly after new installation. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected all the fields in grey would be displayed properly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PFT module -Static Table Driver
