ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Baseline labor units values in activity usage spread sheet do not match those from extracted project from baseline.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Baseline labor units values in activity usage spread sheet should match those from extracted project from baseline.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to P6 professional for EPPM.
- Restore a baseline to project.
- Open the restored baseline project in activity usage spread sheet view, show total values, show baseline labor units (for e.g., BL1 labor units) field in spread sheet, set timescale to Month/Week.
- Copy the spreadsheet values to XLS file for later comparison.
- Convert the baseline project to a baseline of the project and assign it as project baseline and user primary baseline.
- Show the project in the same activity usage spread sheet view as step 3.
- Notice that the total value distribution does not match.
