Not Able To Update Block Size In The Form Layout Template for Copied Form Layout Templates. (Doc ID 3016032.1)

Symptoms

For a copied layout , within OC - Glib - Form Layout Templates - Maintain Form Layout Templates - query for the copied layout template - Special - Edit Form Layout Template - Block - Set Block Size => no value can be inserted.
Removing values entered so far within that form works with 'Backspace' key but when entering any value it doesn't take the command from the keyboard.
Copy/paste value works fine.

Steps to replicate issue:

1. Selected x template from Glib Form Layout > Templates Maintain Form Layout >Templates
2. Copied template from Special > Copy Form Layout Template
3. Named copied template as y
4. Tried updating block size for y FLT from Menu >Block > Set Block Size
