Goal
Why was a duplicate Nullification created when the case was deleted and then undeleted in the following scenario?
New Case is Locked
Uncheck 'Auto Schedule Later'
[Schedule New Report] > US Markeded Drug > FDA R2 > E2B
Save
Generate Report
View Report Details
Route > Approve > Submit
Case Actions > Delete the case
Nullification report scheduled since the case contained a submitted report to that agency/partner. (This is expected behavior of the system)
Utilities > Case Undelete
Open Case
Nullification Report created as FU in case
Delete the nullification report.
After nullification report is deleted, there are no nullification reports in the case, only initial report are available in the case.
Manually scheduled a new nullification report for follow-up report in the case and marked nullification report as submitted
Reports > Compliance > Submitted
Query for case
Schedule Nullification
Open Case
Save to see Nullification
Click on Final to generate Nullification
Save
Route > Approve > Submit > Enter earlier Date/Time (One hour earlier)
Delete the case
Undelete the case
System scheduled, generated and transmitted one more Nullification report
