Case Information For Any Case ID Not Shown In A Single Line Under Main and Log Tab (Doc ID 3016762.1)

Symptoms

In RMB v5.1.0.0.0, Case information in Case Main Page is not shown in a single line.

STEPS
-----------
 1. Log-in to ORMB with a valid User.
 2. Go to Customer Management > Case > Search
 3. Search for any case ID
  - Case Info will be shown on the Main tab. Navigate to Log tab. 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
Whenever we select any case id, we expect the Case Info shown in a single line. If it is too long, then the remaining text should move on to the next line.
 
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
It shows the values in multiple lines even though texts could fit in a single line in Main tab as well as Log tab.
