Cannot Find Filename While Creating Criteria on Items (Doc ID 3017216.1)

Symptoms

While creating criteria, cannot find Filename attribute as an option

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Java Client using url http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/JavaClient/start.html
  2. Log into Agile PLM Java Client as specific user
  3. Navigate to Admin->Settings->Data Settings->Criteria
  4. Click on New Criteria icon. Create Criteria popup window will open.
  5. Select Object Type as "Items"
  6. Click on "Add"
  7. Search for Filename / Attachment Name attribute on Attachment tab
  8. Filename attribute is not present
