Unable to Save Translation in Bridge Service Configuration (Doc ID 3017425.1)

Symptoms

Argus Console is throwing a message that it cannot save the translation adaptor from the bridge configuration.
1. Open Argus Console
2. Select System Configuration > Interchange Webservice > Bridge Configuration
3. Select Translation
4. Populate data for any valid translation adapter.
5. Note error message from Console error log

The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
