Payments Not Processed Via Lockbox File Processing. Batch Job Not Updating Correct File Status Causing This Issue (Doc ID 3017516.1)

Symptoms

SET-LBT Batch for Payments Not Processed  Via Lockbox File Processing. Batch Job Not Updating Correct File Status Causing This Issue

Issue - Unable to process any Lockbox file payment when upload payment files have error. system is aborting the batch and not processing next set of correct files. Restaining old batch status "Uploaded" and failing every time .

Expected Behavior - uploaded payment files resulting in error while batch processing, should be marked as "Processed Error".  Files that are not having any issue should be picked up and marked as "Processed".
