File Folder Is Deleted When Removing an Attached File From a Business Object Attachments Tab (Doc ID 3018192.1)

Symptoms

When removing an attached file from a business object Attachments tab, the related File Folder is also getting deleted.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Web Client using url http(s)://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet
  2. Log into Agile PLM Web Client.
  3. Open a Document object.
  4. Click on Attachments tab.
  5. Select an attachment row and click Remove button.
  6. Search for the File Folder related to deleted attachment.
  7. Unable to find the File Folder.
