Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When sending the record to the next step the following error occurs.

Error: An unexpected error and the system cannot process your request. Please refer to this error code <company shortname>-<same unique error code> and contact your system administrator.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Select existing Business Process(BP) record or create a new workflow type BP record.
  2. Copy and paste a number that inadvertently contains some text into a currency DE field. Example: "1o"
  3. Attempt to send the BP record to next step.
  4. See the error as reported above.
