Weblogic password change is not reflecting in CSF Wallet in ASAP

The weblogic password was changed.
Steps followed
1) Update password in Weblogic console->Security Realm->User and Groups->Users
2) Stop Weblogic and ASAP server
3) update boot.properties with the new password
4) restart Weblogic and ASAP server

After the password change 'sadtClient list' gives below error

Error connecting to Weblogic server: User failed to be authenticated.
java.lang.SecurityException: User failed to be authenticated.

Checked for weblogic password in CSF Wallet using command 'GetPassword weblogic', it returned old weblogic password. On checking Class A data using asap_security_tool found that old weblogic password was present in CSF Wallet.

According to 'How To Change WebLogic Admin User Password in ASAP (Doc ID 956532.1)' weblogic password should be updated in CSF wallet by using ASAP_SECURITY_TOOL.
But when tried to update the password using option 10, it returned an error
The credential could not be added. Error Code: 43108
Failed to insert Class A data into the wallet

Please let us know why is weblogic password not updated in CSF Wallet by updating it in the console and boot.properties. If it needs to be updated manually then what are the steps to be followed?
