Symptoms

In a cloud native deployment, immediately after upgrade from Patch Set 3 (PS3) Interim Patch 3 (IP3) to PS3 IP12, one is getting errors in emGateway when trying to publish towards Elastic Charging Engine. It is to be noted that this setup was configured as active - hot standby.

emGateway log shows below errors:
