While Creating File Folder With Save As The Auto Generated Number Is Wrong. (Doc ID 3020591.1)

Symptoms

When customer creates a file folder in Agile the file folder number is TUT01822 and when they Save As and create new File folder the number generated is TUT00390, but it should be TUT01823. 

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Web Client using url http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Log into Agile PLM Web Client
3. Navigate to File Folder having number TUT01822
4. Click on Actions->Save As
5. New File folder the number generated is TUT00390 but it should be TUT01823
6. Same issue when create new file folder object using Create New option
