ALM Failed Log Ends at Insert Into FSI_O_RESULT_BUCKET (Doc ID 3020812.1)

Symptoms

On ALM 8.0.7.4.29, when attempting to run ALM Process, the following error occurs.


Error:

Cash Flow Engine_<Batch Name>_<As of Date>_1_Task1.log shows:

Module Logging OFS Access module data: insert
insert into FSI_O_RESULT_BUCKET(result_sys_id, dgap_scenario_num,
from_date_001, to_date_001, from_date_002, to_date_002,
from_date_003, to_date_003, from_date_004, to_date_004,
from_date_005, to_date_005, from_date_006, to_date_006,
..etc


nohup.out shows:

Steps:
1. Applied Patch 34041048 OFSAAI 8.0.8.6.0 Maintenance Level 
2. Ran ALM Process Rule and the process failed with above.
