Unable To Open Agile Application URL with Error "Parser configuration exception" (Doc ID 3022295.1)

Symptoms

Agile server is not able to start.

Errors:

Caused by: org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanDefinitionStoreException: Parser configuration exception parsing XML from URL [file:/u01/aglp/agile/agile934/agileDomain/servers/gala7-Agile/tmp/_WL_user/AgilePLM/4cdp0j/APP-INF/classes/META-INF/agile/context.xml]; nested exception is javax.xml.parsers.ParserConfigurationException: Unable to validate using XSD: Your JAXP provider [org.apache.crimson.jaxp.DocumentBuilderFactoryImpl@645cba21] does not support XML Schema. Are you running on Java 1.4 with Apache Crimson? Upgrade to Apache Xerces (or Java 1.5) for full XSD support.
