Symptoms

In integrated environment(DIH,IIA, PFT Insurance and GL Recon):Execute any GL Recon/PFT Insurance followed by subledger batches from PMF, subledger batch will fail with the below error in OFSAAErr.log:

[ERROR] [WEB] [NA] [NA] java.lang.Exception: insert into dim_run failed
