Symptoms

On: 2.9.0.1.1 version, Framework

Start Service Process Flow - Unable to create another person on account

Adding a Person to an Account using the Start Process Flow feature causes errors.

ERROR
-----------------------
Person Contact cannot be deleted if referenced in at least one non-final Customer Service Request. ID(s): XXXXXXXXXXXXX.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Start Service - Unable to create another person on account in the start service process flow

Replication Steps

1. In the Start Service Request Process Flow, proceed until the Person and Account Details panel.
2. Click on Add Other Person
3. Populate First and Last Name with a Person's name that doesn’t exist. Click on
Search. Click on the Different Person checkbox.
4. Populate the required fields and click on OK.

5. Error encountered.
Person Contact cannot be deleted if referenced in at least one non-final Customer Service Request. ID(s): XXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Investigation result
The customer Service Request ID is in an error state.

The issue is triggered on C1SSAccDtPOV script > C1StrUPerAcc.

The same issue is also observed in Stop Service Process Flow.
