Implemented Quantity Is Incorrect While Releasing Partial Quantity Of Planned Orders Multiple Times From PWB (Doc ID 3027680.1)

Symptoms

When Releasing multiple planned orders through “Select All for Release”, Implemented quantity is not correct while releasing partial quantity of planned orders multiple times from PWB.

Issue happens while user performs the below -

  1. Navigation: Advanced Supply Chain Planner Responsibility -> Supply Chain Planning -> Workbench -> Pull up multiple planned orders using filter criteria.
  2. User selects all the planned orders for release. Navigation: Tools -> Select All for Release.
  3. There is a planned order for quantity 100 recommended for an item. 
  4. User selects the planned order for release and alters the Implement Quantity to 30 and release the planned order.
  5. At a later time, User attempt to release the same planned again the implement quantity displayed is 70. User modifies the implement quantity to 20 and release the planned order.
  6. At a later time again, User attempt to release the same planned again the implement quantity displayed is 70 instead of 50.

Note - This issue happens only when multiple planned orders are selected for release through “Select All for Release”. Issue does not happen when single planned order is attempted to release in multiple tranches.
