Continuous Soft Timeout Or Service Guardian Recovery Attempt on ECS Member (Doc ID 3027797.1)

Goal

In a production environment, "soft time out" was observed on one of the Elastic Charging Server (ECS) nodes, and it was always happening on very specific ECS member and continues every 5 mins. It is not clear which threads are unresponsive or why the guardian timeout was triggered?

From the log, it appears like coherence operation stuck for same partition for long time, but it is not clear what was that.
