Symptoms
Issue when creating Bill segments.
When generating bill segment for an item that is using more than 200 Rate Components and uses Criteria Eligibility, a system error is thrown since the Bill Segment Item Collection size is only set to a maximum size of 200.
Error:
Caused by: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index (201) outside of array capacity (200): ArrayMD
