Symptoms

PeopleSoft integration connection with OPA (Oracle Policy Automation) is failing with the following error.

Error: The security token could not be authenticated or authorized

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Test Peoplesoft integration with OPA by defining OPA Hub user and password.

or

use SOAPUI to trigger a webservice call to Assess API endpoint.

 

Changes

 Customer upgrade OPA to 12.2.32 from 12.2.4
