Symptoms

Use case is to change from one bundle to other bundle by cancelling bundle X and purchasing bundle Y.

This subscription is having 148 charge offers (147 - cancelled & 1 - active) alteration offers 434(432- cancelled & 2 - active) & and 2132 sub balances.

So now as part of change bundle the cancel bundle is taking 10sec as there are close to 580 combined offering, PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_GET_PURCHASED_OFFERINGS is processing all these even though they are cancelled offerings. (this operation take close to 4s).
