New Born Scenario REPC2 Getting In To Error

Symptoms
On RMB v6.1.0.0.0, New Born Scenario: REPC2 Getting Application error.
We applied Patch 36560357 for performance issue with C1-FIBCR batch.
When we try to process the new born, we are getting error with REPC2 batch run.
Batch stderr log shows below error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Membership for a Plan.
2. Run Repricing batch C1-REPC1.
- Repricing Request shows in Pending status after successful batch run
3. Run Repricing batch C1-REPC2.
- Repricing Request shows in Error status after successful batch run
