Exporting OFSAAI User Reports Results In Blank Files (Doc ID 3028491.1)

Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Log into OFSAA, select Reports > User Status Report

Enter user ID and generate report. Details for the given user are shown on the screen.

Step 2 : Select Export to Excel. Pop-up warning about insecure connection is shown.

Step 3 : Accepted (select Keep) and downloaded the file. Its size is 0 KB.

Issue Encountered :

User reported issue with User Status Report and When exporting to Excel or PDF, export files are produced but they are blank, 0 bytes
