Excessive Info Logging During Full Customer Load to ECE (Doc ID 3029665.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 12.0.0.8.4 to 12.0.0.8.7, when having oracle.communication.brm.charging.migration.customer.loader set as INFO, multiple entries are logged in Event Charging Server (ECS) log when full customer loader is executed: "Prepare the usedSharingAgreement using below information". These entries become bigger and bigger, with last entries have more than 82000 characters. This behavior was not observed when running ECE 12.0.0.8.4
