Reverse Payment Link Missing From Payment Details In Scenario Of Deposit Amount Update (Doc ID 3030123.1)

Symptoms

On environment running Billing Care 12.0.0.8.0, when creating a deposit of 5000 USD for existing account, then calling deposit update to change deposit amount to a new greater value 8000 USD, when going to "Payment Details" screen for unallocated payment created as a result of deposit amount update, it can be seen window is missing "Reverse payment" link, as only "Close" button is present in bottom right zone of the active window.

It is expected "Reverse payment" link will be present as it happens in scenario of normal unallocated payment.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. create new deposit of 5000 USD for existing account

2. execute from testnap PCM_OP_DEPOSIT_UPDATE_DEPOSIT for above created deposit in order to change amount to 8000 USD

3. Open relevant account in Billing Care UI; In Account "Home" screen, select "Unallocated Payments" link from "Account History" section

4. In Allocate Payment window, select "Payment Details" button
  It can be seen Payment Details window is missing "Reverse payment" link, as only "Close" button is present in bottom right zone of the active window.
