Symptoms
Given below problematic scenario on environment running Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12.0.0.8.0 :
- new account created on 7-june, having Billing Day of Month (BDOM) as 7, accounting type balance forward
- at customer creation, new product is purchased which results in following balance impacts (total impact amount is 16.69 EUR):
It is expected to apply 10% discount, 0.1 x 12.82 = 1.28 EUR
