Login to P6 Web Fails with 'Invalid Username or Password when Authentication is WebSSO and 'Allow Alternate Login Attribute' is True (Doc ID 3031084.1)

Symptoms

When using WebSSO with the "Allow Alternate Login Attribute" feature is true and the username is not the value mapped to USERS.user_name, login to P6 will fail with "Invalid Username or Password."

Login to Team Member is working as expected.

An email address is being used to authenticate the user but email address is not stored in the user_name column of the USERS table.
