SET-GLI Job Failed With Unhandled Batch Job Error (Doc ID 3031092.1)

Symptoms

Issue - SET-GLI "GLIPRC_BJ_100_02" job failed  with error "Unhandled error in Batch job" and hence caused EOD to be halted.

Alert log displays below error :
03/28/2024 02:31:04 SessionID=29320182 AppUser=INTERNAL OSUser=oracle
 
OFSLL Error Msg : Job failed.
Ora Error Code : 6500
Ora Error Msg : ORA-06500: PL/SQL: storage error
Context : Job failed.
Context : Error in : jsvprc_en_000_01.run_procedure_job
Context : Error in : jsvprc anonymous plsql

This issue occurs only at times via EOD job processing and job gets Completed when user submits job manually again.
