Goal

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management version 12.0.0.6.0 version, Kubernetes pods that are created as part of the deployment can be scaled up or down. By default, three ECE server replicas are created during the installation process and one Rated Event Formatter (REF) pod.

 Can more REF pods be added in order to increase availability?
