Symptoms
Special character form the source file is getting loaded in a wrong Format
Steps:
Create a F2T connector.
Publish the connector
in the source file ensure you have data with special characters like  or ë
for example: "Commercial Mortgage Fixed Rate <·100k"
Execute the connector, post successful execution, the data in the table for this specific target column will be loaded as as Commercial Mortgage Fixed Rate <����100k
