Symptoms
When user performs alert suppression from case management in 8.1.2*, some alerts are not getting populated in fcc_suppression / fcc_suppression_action tables. Only few alerts are getting populated.
Go to case details page -> event details grid-> select an event->set event decision->Suppress event
